Heavenly Hands understands that unanticipated events may occur that can cause you to consider cancelling an appointment. We are committed to providing superior, quality massage service to our clients. Out of consideration of our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:

Spa Policy

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are late for your appointment, the service will be adjusted accordingly for the remaining time. Please respect other’s relaxation and keep a low tone of voice at all times. Please turn your cell phones to vibrate. Spa service fees do not include gratuity. Tipping is allowed at your discretion. Tips are never expected but graciously accepted.

Sexual Misconduct

Sexual misconduct is forbidden. The client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances, or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled service(s). Heavenly Hands also reserves the right to refuse future service to any client that has made any such remarks, advances, or gestures.

Cancellation Policy

In order to guarantee your appointment and reserve that time for you, we may require that you provide credit card information. We will not charge the card, however you may use it to pay for services at the completion of your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will charge the card for 50% of the scheduled services. If you do not provide a cancellation notice, we will charge the card in full for the scheduled services. Gift certificates will be void if a cancellation notice is not received. We require a 48-hour notice for the cancellation of two or more services. Parties must pre-pay for services scheduled.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given on purchases of services, products, or gift certificates. Services purchased are exchangeable for other spa services. The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds and exchanges.
